At Sarai, indulge in the best fine dining restaurant experience led by Chef de Cuisine - Chimkit Phamphuang or better known as Chef Lisa, she blends traditional and modern techniques and flavours. Enhanced by the warm hospitality of our Thai service staff, our offerings include our main menu featuring an a la carte menu, set lunch menu and set dinner menu. Additionally, for vegetarians, a separate a la carte and set menu are also available.
The a la carte menu features favourites like grilled wagyu beef with young coconut meat and siamese cassia curry ($36++), crispy fried seabass with special fish sauce and four flavours herbal salad ($48++), and for dessert - mango sticky rice with smoked coconut cream, ginger mango sauce and jasmine rice ice cream ($18++).
The 3 course set lunch menu at $58++ per pax features starters like sticky rice with grilled chicken salad, ground toasted rice, mint leaves and chilli lime dressing and sweet and sour crispy noodles with egg and tofu. Main courses include dishes such as Thai spicy soup with baby corn, thai zucchini, pumpkin, hairy basil and prawns and New Zealand lamb massaman curry with lotus seeds. For dessert, have the option of either Thai style crunchy water chestnut in coconut milk topped with crushed ice or caramelised tapioca with coconut milk.
The 5 course set dinner menu at $78++ per pax features menu items krathong tong tom kha for amuse bouche. For starters, enjoy the sticky rice with grilled chicken salad, ground toasted rice, mint leaves and chilli lime dressing, thai northern style minced pork with spicy tomato dip and strawberry, and sweet and sour crispy noodles with egg and tofu. For the main course, luxuriate in the flavors of southern-style pork belly stewed in coconut water, succulent grilled prawns with lemongrass sauce, and three other equally enticing dishes. Delight your palate with the refreshing white pomfret fish in a clear and invigorating Thai-style sour soup. Conclude your dining experience on a sweet note with the baked taro custard accompanied by taro bird’s nest and a selection of seasonal fruits infused with smoked jasmine water.
